1. Snakes are found on every continent except Antarctica.
2. They lack eyelids and instead have a clear scale that covers their eye to protect from dust and acts like a lens.

8. Snakes can be found on land, in trees and in the ocean
9. Snakes do not have external ears
10. Most snakes are shy – not aggressive and only want to be left alone

Never collect a snake from the wild.
