When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours and will leave from our Melbourne warehouse

How long will delivery take?

We estimate orders to metro areas will take 3-5 business days, regional & rural areas are estimated at around 10 days, however this depends on our service provider Australia Post.


At the current time Australia Post are experiencing large demand and COVID-19 is having a higher than usual impact. Delays may be experienced.

How do I track my order?

We use Shippit to track your items. When your order is packed and ready to leave you will receive an email and or sms. This contains your order status with links so you can track your order. You will receive notifications from Shippit with the progress of your order.

I can't locate my delivery details in Shippit

If you are unable to locate your tracking details, you can email us at hello@justforpets.com.au or call us on 1300 537 387 please ensure you have your order number ready.

Can I exchange products in my order?

Yes, we happily accept exchanges within 15 days of your goods being delivered. Please email us at hello@justforpets.com.au with the details of your order number and product/s being returned, we'll be in touch on the next steps.

Conditions:

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, free from tears or damage.

Customers are responsible for freight costs associated with returning goods for credit or exchange (errors or faulty stock excluded).

Just For Pets accepts no responsibility for loss or damage caused during return transit.

Can I get a refund?

Just For Pets will happily refund you if a product is found to be defective or is not fit for purpose. We don't refund for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases. However, we can offer you a credit.

If you have received a faulty item, what should you do now?

Just For Pets suggest that you first contact the manufacturer involved as they handle these types of requests daily and can often arrange a replacement product or further support information required for your product.

Should the manufacturer be unable to assist please email us at hello@justforpets.com.au outlining the issue or fault along with your order number so we can investigate further. We'll be in touch with the next steps.

What payment types do we accept?

We accept payments via Shopify Payments, including Mastercard, VISA and AMEX.

We also accept Afterpay and Zip

Can I pay Afterpay or Zip using Subscriptions?

Subscription orders can only be paid for using a credit card. Unfortunately, we do not offer Afterpay or Zippay for this service.

Yes, our normal returns policy applies.

If the price goes up will I be charged more?

We endeavour to offer our customers the best price. Subscription does not lock in a price guarantee, you'll be notified of any price increases prior to processing your next subscription, so you have time to change your mind.
